Soccer; after 9 years Peter Emili (1977, 184 matches and 20 goals) goes back to Primorje. Gabriele Benelli (1989) goes back to Florence and Marco Petranich (1990) to Ponziana.

29. - In Križ they welcomed World Champion Mateja Bogatec
Križ; AŠD Mladina organised at the Bita restaurant in Kriz (former Ljudski dom) a warm welcome for its World Champion Mateja Bogatec (picture). To the event participated numerous guests and athletes.

26. - Volleyball; A1 League, 12th round: Mania's Modena wins against Černic Perugia 3:2
Volleyball; Perugia; Italian A1 League: Modena, for which plays our Loris Mania' (picture), won the away match against Perugia, for which plays our Matej Černic (7 pts.). Modena is ranked second (24 pts), Perugia 7th. (19 pts).

26. - Volleyball; 1° Men Division: Soča wins the derby match against Olympia
Volleyball; Sovodnje; 1° Mewn Division; Soča won the derby match against Olympia 3:1 (25:13, 21:25, 25:17, 25:14).

25. - Soccer; Promotion League liga: Vesna - Martignacco 1:2
Soccer; Križ; Promotion League: Vesna lost the 9th round home match against Martignacco 1:2 (0:1). Leone scored the only goal for Vesna.
Beginners: Montuzza - Pomlad B 3:7.

25. - ZSŠDI, conference about the new financial obbligations for our clubs
Nabrežina; at KD Igo Gruden's premises there was an interesting conference about the new financial obbligations for our clubs organised by ZSŠDI. The event was hosted by Adriano Kovačič (picture).

25. - Basketball, U17: Jadran wins iin Udine, U19: Bor lost the home match
Basketball; Videm; UNDER 17, National Championship; Jadran ZKB won the away match against CB Udine 77:72 (Dellisanti 22, Sacher 20, Škerl 19).

25. - Volleyball: Franko Drasič confirmed as Televita's coach
Volleyball; Trst; Franko Drasić, who became Televita Trieste's new coach after former coach Edi Bozic resigned, has been confirmed as the team's coach. Assitant coach will be Martin Maver.

24. - Basketball; Promotion League: Dom wins
Basketball; Gorica; Promotion League; Dom won the 4th round match against Edera 56:39 (Furlan 13, Cej 11)

23. - Basketball; U19: Jadran ZKB (Ban 38 pts.)
Basketball; Videm; under 19, National Championship; Jadran ZKB lost the away match against Snaidero 73:83. Although it lost, the team played very well, expecially Borut Ban, who scored 38 points.

22. - Volleyball; All Stars Game: Italy, Matej Černic (3 pts.) and Loris Mania lost the match 1:3
Volleyball; Rome; in front of 3,600 spectators Italy, for which play Matej Černic (3 pts.) and Loris Mania' (libero), lost the match 1:3 (25:17, 14:25, 16:25, 22:25).

16./21. - Skating; WC in Germany: Tanja Romano wins silver in the free programme and gold in combination
Skating; Freiburg (Germany); World Cup; our athlete Tanja Romano won the silver medal in the free programme and the gold medal in the combination. This is her 14th World Title. This time the victory went to the Italian athlete Debora Sbei. Tanja ranked 9th in the compulsory and 2nd in the short programme.

21. - Cheerleading; international competition in Berlin: Faires ranked first, Sprites second
Cheerleading; Berlin; at the international Elite Beach Cup our Faires ranked first among five teams. Faires are: Daša Ukmar, Ester Gregori, Katerina Iscra, Martina Timeus, Kim and Stephanie Furlan, Lara Iscra and Nikol Krizmancic. Sprites ranked second among 18 teams.

22. - Karate, Shinkai club: good results
Karate; Pradamano; Libertas Regional Team organised a Karate tournament for the 13th Alpe Adria Cup and 11th Samurai Cup. To the event participated also Shinkai Club's athletes, who achieved good results.

20. - Trst; presentation of the 2009 Zbornik and awarding
Trst; at the KD Škamperle hall at the Prvi maj Stadium there was the presentation of the 13th Pubblication about Slovenian sport in Italy and the awarding of the correspondent literary course.

16./20. - Beach-soccer; FIFA World Cup: Italy and Michele Leghissa are out
Beach-soccer; Abu Dhabi (Dubai); Fifa World Cup: Italy, for which plays our Michele Leghissa, lost the quarterfinals match against Brazil 4:6 and is out from the tournament.

19. - ZSŠDI: November's meeting in Gorica
Gorica; ZSŠDI's November's Meeting was held at AŠD Olympia's premises. The Committee analysed various problems, in particular thise of finacial nature.

18. - Volleyball, U14, Women: Olympia lost
Volleyball; Koprivno; under 14, Women: Olympia lost the match against Libertas 0:3.

16./18. - Beach-soccer; 3rd Day, Fifa World Cup: Italy and Michele Leghissa reach the quarterfinals
Beach-soccer; Adi Dhabi (Dubai); Fifa World Cup: after winning the first match against Argentina 3:2 and loosing the second match against Russia, Italy and our Michele Leghissa won the 3rd round match against Costa Rica and reached the quarterfinals, where they will play against Brazil on Friday.

16.'18. - Skating; WC: Tanja Romano 2nd after the Short Programme
Skating; Freiburg (Germany); World Championship; after ranking 9th in the Compulsory Programme Polet's athlete Tanja Romano ranked second in the short programme.

17. - Soccer; Mladost's new coach is Fabio Samba
Soccer; Doberdob; due to the team's bad results, Mladost substituted coach Fabio Samba with Stojan Kravos from Slovenija, who has coached Sovodnje's team in the 2nd Amateur League.

16./17. - Beach-soccer; 2nd Day, Fifa World Cup: Italy and Michele Leghissa lost the match against Russia (1:3)
Beach-soccer; Adi Dhabi (Dubai); Fifa World Cup: after winning the first match against Argentina 3:2, Italy and our Michele Leghissa lost the second round match against the European Champion Russia 1:3. Italy will play on Wednesday against Costa Rica.

17. - Basketball; Promotion League: Dom wins
Basketball; Gorica; Promotion League, 3rd round; Dom won the match against Mossa 74:59 and is still undefeated.

16. - Skating; World Championship: Tanja Romano 9th in the Compulsory Programme
Skating; Freiburg (Germany); World Championship; Polet's athlete Tanja Romano ranked 9th in the Compulsory Programme wit an average mark of 8. First ranked the German athlete Julia Woyciechowski, second the Italian Elisa Giunti, third the German Sandra Woyciechowski.

16. - Volleyball; All Stars Game in Rome: Matej Černic and Loris Mania' will play too
Volleyball; Rome; Italy's coach Anastasi selected our Matej Černic and Loris Mania' for Sunday's All Star Game in Rome. Italy will play against a team of foreign players, who play in the Italian First League.

16. - Volleyball; Olympia: presentation with Loris Mania
Volleyball; Gorica: at the Mirko Špacapan's Gym there was the official presentation of AŠZ Olympia's 2009/10 season. To the event participated many guests and our representative Loris Mania', who awarded one of the teams.

16. - Basketball; U19: Jadran ZKB wins against Bor ZKB s 87:76 and qualified for the second phase
Basketball; UNDER 19, National Championship: Jadran ZKB won the match against Bor ZKB 87:76 (Bernetič 23, Ban 19; Gallocchio 19, Pipan 14) and qualified for the second phase of the tournament
UNDER 19, Regional Championship: Jadran ZKB - Don Bosco 46:86 (Semolič 13, Košuta 10)

13. - Presentation of Slovenian sport in Ljubljana
Ljubljana; at the Slovenian Olympic Committee's premises there was the traditional presentation of our sport activities to which participated representatives from Austria, Italy, Hungary and Slovenia. 13. -Cheerdance Millenium as guests at the Municipality
Cheerleading; Trst; the cheerleading team Cheerdance Millenium attended a ceremony at the Municipality of Trieste since it won the European Championship in Paris. Picture: President Petra Krizmancic with the member of the Committee Lippi.

13. - Basketball, Promotion League: Bor lost
Basketball; Promotion League; Bor (Corsi 14, Trevisan and Schiavo 10) lost the away match against Ferroviario Scoglietto 59:73. Sokol will play on Sunday, Dom on Tuesday.

11. - The major hall of the 1.maj Stadium will be dedicated to Bojan Pavletič
Trst; AŠZ Bor's Committee decided to dedicate the major hall of the 1. maj Stadium to Bojan Pavletič. The ceremony will be held on December, 20th and will celebrate Bor's 50th anniversary, 1. maj Stadium's 6'th anniversary and Juzni Sokol's 140th anniversary.

10./11. - Soccer; National and Regional Cup: Juventina and Primorje lost, Mladost won
Soccer; National Cup: Muggia - Juventina 4:1 (Gerometta); Regional Cup, 2nd AL: Sistiana - Primorje 4:2 (Mihic, Ravalico); 3rd AL: Sagrado - Mladost 0:2 (Gagliano 2).

Basketball; UNDER 21: Bor NLB (Lesizza 14, Pertot 13) lost the match against Casarsa 53:64;
UNDER 19, National Championship: Jadran ZKB lost against San Vito 81:57 (Bernetič and Škerl 14); Regional Championship: Jadran ZKB (Daneu 17, Košuta 16) lost the match against Falconstarj 64:76.
UNDER 17, National Championship: Jadran ZKB - Venezia Giulia 49:98 (Dellisanti 17, Škerl).

10. - Volleyball; Edi Božic resigned from Televita Trieste Volley 2010
Volleyball; Trst; Edi Božič resigned from Televita Trieste Volley 2010. The team plays in the B2 League and lost the first four matches. The team's new coach will be Bozic assistant coach Franko Drasič.

10. - Soccer; Regional Cup: Primorje is out
Soccer; Vižovlje; Regional Cup 2nd AL; Primorje lost the 3rd round away match against Sistiana 2:4 and is thus eliminated from the tournament. Primorje's scorers were Mihic and Ravalico.

9. - In Doberdob there was the presentation of Mladost's book
Doberdob; at the Jezero premises in Doberdob there was the presentation of Mladost's book wrote by Brako Lakovič, Dario Frandolič and Peter Gergolet (picture).

Basketball; Trst; due to the bad results of the team, the club decided to change its coach Mura with former Servolana coach Rogelio Zovatto.

Peč; at the club's premises in Peč (Sovodnje) there was the AGM: members elected the new committee and the main speech was held by president Andrej Kovic.

4. - In Opčine 29 Sport and school awards
Opčine; at the Zadružna kraška banka premises 29 students received the Sport and school award by ZSŠDI.

3. - Basketball, Promotion League: Dom wins
Basketball; Promotion League, Gorica Group, 1st Round; Dom successfully started the new season by winning the home match against Amatori Isontini 60:49 (Cej 20, Furlan 15).

2. - Basketball, Under 19: no victory
Basketball; UNDER 19, National Championship, 7th round: Bor ZKB (Gallocchio 24, Pipan 16) lost the home match against Venezia Giulia 70:82; whereas Jadran did not play; Regional Championship; Jadran ZKB (Gregori 19, Daneu 16) lost the match against Fogliano 55:90.

1. - Karate: Danijel Simonettig third in Čedad
Karate; Čedad; at the national championship, which was held last Saturday and Sunday, Danijel Simonettig ranked third among 30 athletes.

1. - Skiing; young Devin's athletes on Moelltaler glacier
